I am thrilled to announce that three of my compositions have been awarded in the past weeks.
47th Downbeat Student Music Awards
I am feeling so honored: beginning of May, my composition “Innuendo” has been awarded as Winner and Best Composition in the category “Original Composition – Large Ensemble” at the 47th Downbeat Student Music Awards. What an honor to be awarded for the third time in a row!! This is an incredible honor and achievement for me!
On top of that: “Innuendo” is the title track of my upcoming album of my Tobias Hoffmann Jazz Orchestra. So stay tuned for more information
International Songwriting Competition 2023
Besides this, my composition “Defeat & Surrender” has been awarded 3rd prize at the International Songwriting Competition 2023 in the category jazz. What an honor!
Global Music Awards
And last but not least my composition “Relentless” was awarded a silver medal and the predicate „Outstanding Achievement“ at the „Global Music Awards June 2024“. I am still so grateful for the musicians who recorded this composition, which was released on the album „Conspiracy“ in 2022. Without them, this music wouldn’t even exist!
